MySql coding style: Request for indentation rules for namespaces and inline functions.

Last week I changed the elisp functions which support our style
guideline to disable indentation for the opening brace of an inline
function, and when opening a namespace.

Can we have these two rules spelled out explicitly in the style guide?

BTW: what's the process here? Do I write a new proposal, and then wait for
"ok to push" from the style maintainers?
