How to include MySQL file?

Hello all,

I want to use MySQL Item class instances in my source. I included the 
"item.h" file, but it gave the following errors:
...
item.h:2644: error: previous definition of ‘class Item_cache’
item.h:2674: error: redefinition of ‘class Item_cache_int’
item.h:2675: error: previous definition of ‘class Item_cache_int’
item.h:2692: error: redefinition of ‘class Item_cache_real’
...

How can I do it?
