.Net Connector: Patch Submission

Hello,

I want to submit a patch to the .Net Connector code base, and am following
the guidelines at http://forge.mysql.com/wiki/Fixing_Bugs

I have created a bug report with a suggested patch, test case and new
framework test at http://bugs.mysql.com/bug.php?id=33682 (Bug #33682:
Semaphore class is Windows only preventing mono from using connector)

I am not sure whether I should really be posting this here, or over at the
.Net Connector e-mail list?
