[PATCH] Proposed patch for a new feature : workdays

Hi everyone,

For a project I've been working on I needed to calculate the number of workdays between
two dates similar to the networkdays function found in excel and gnumeric. I took the
liberty of writing a patch for MySQL 5.0.21 (bugreport
http://bugs.mysql.com/bug.php?id=28389).
There's a post about calculating networkdays on
