No, nothing at all magical.  It was an arbitrary choice and I didn't  
think about it at all.  I just dragged my hand across the keyboard.

My only concern is that we don't yet have a library that prints  
floating point numbers in a consistent way, so I'd like to avoid the  
number's specification-ambiguity about rounding.
