Just a note, for all those interested in the content of the standard.

There is a late draft available for free download.
Of course I can not tell the legality of this, but given that it is 
available from a corporate website, and listed on wikipedia (right next 
to the remark, that the final version is not available without charge)...
Well I would assume that it is within the law.

For those who wish to verify the legal state of this publication the 
wikipedia article is at:
