Capitalization of column names for SHOW MASTER/SLAVE STATUS

Hi,

Someone mentioned that the column names in SHOW MASTER STATUS and SHOW 
SLAVE STATUS used to be capitalized differently, but I cannot find 
documentation on this other than a user comment at 
http://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/4.1/en/show-slave-status.html.

Does anyone know what the column names used to be, and in what version 
it changed?
