Proposed patch for Bug #26782

Hello all,

Attached for your review is a rather simple patch for
Bug #26782 (patch is also available in the bug report).

The bug is in myisamchk (from 5.1) when repairing tables.
If the table name given as an option to the program contains
the .MYI extension, the new index file is named with
a .MYI.MYI extension. This does not happen if you name
the table without the extension.
