Definitely not! You can submit a patch generated with the standard
'diff' command. Please use the -p or --show-c-function option when
generating your diff, as it makes the diff much easier to review. It
would also be useful if you describe each set of changes and how they
work together to solve a particular problem or add functionality.
If we like the patch, then there is a contributors agreement that
needs to be signed in order to handle copyright.
