bk commit into 5.0 tree (guilhem:1.1943)

Below is the list of changes that have just been committed into a local
5.0 repository of guilhem. When guilhem does a push these changes will
be propagated to the main repository and, within 24 hours after the
push, to the public repository.

  Disabling rpl_sp004 which causes crash (known filed bug).
  At this point the testsuite passes except known files crashes and bugs, and unknown
rpl_sp_effects and rpl_trigger failures which I'll look at
  (but it's already better to have only 2 failures, as the pushed cset fixes massive
failures known
  as "got error 1 from storage engine").
