Question about sending documentation

Hello,

I would like to send to MySQL a university assignment I have completed. 
It concerns an overview of the MySQL otpimiser, adding some more 
information on top of internals.texi. I have it in word and pdf, But 
since it has 3-4 pics, it is about 400k. The lists doesn't accept mails 
more than 350k. Further more it would be a burder to the list.
I would like to ask where to send it.
