sha patches online

As promised, a tarball containing the patches to implement
a native function to generate a 160bit NIST SHA hash, is
online at: http://magpage.com/~mikew/sha_mysql-patch.tar.gz
Use it as you wish, the sha source files have a bsd style
license located in the source. Extract the tarball in the
sql subdir of 3.23.45, apply them, and then configure as
normal. I hope someone finds this useful...
