Adding --show-warnings to mysql client

Hi,

First patch to mysql source..

This adds a new option --show-warnings to the mysql client tool. It will
do a SHOW WARNINGS after a statement and show warnings (etc) if there
are any (and if in batch mode).
Could be useful when importing data while upgrading for example.

Was made using source of 4.1.10.
