PHP and MySQL 4.0.0

  Just compiled PHP (current CVS) with support for MySQL 4.0.0, but now
  Apache won't start:

    Cannot load /usr/local/apache2/modules/libphp4.so into server: 
    undefined symbol: mysql_module_entry

  PHP is ./configure'd --with-apxs2=/usr/local/apache2 
                       --with-mysql=/usr/local/mysql
                       --without-pear
                       --enable-inline-optimization

  Is this a known problem?
