First of all , please try to replicate above with 3.23.28, which has
been released.

If you manage to replicate the above behaviour wtih 3.23.28, please
upload a dump of your table to /pub/mysql/Incoming, and inform us on
the bugs@stripped of the procedure by which the above bug will
always repeat.
