Subject:3 questions about stats that mysql provides
View as plain text
I was wondering if mysql has a method of providing per-connection stats
on things like #reads/writes or #selects/#updates that the current
connection has done.

AND
is there any plans on making the "show INNODB status" output one stat
per line like a normal "show status" does?

ok.. 3rd question does mysql provide a method of tracing a given
connection to see what SQL it is executing?

Thanks
Ian

also.. if the answer(s) is no, how would someone go about patching mysql
to provide this (and is this stuff of interest to the mysql group?)
