This would mean that everyone who clones our public bk repos would
have to be subscribed to the internals@ list to be able to send a
'bk commit' message. While this may be desirable, it is probably not a
reality.
I'm more inclined to not do anything about it until it becomes a real
annoyance. So far I haven't really seen much spam via this list. The
'd' key is still faster. :)
