Ah. I'm sorry, I just looked it up and I see what you're talking
about - the Unicode Collation Algorithm and the Default Unicode
Collation Element Table.
But you still have to pick one collation element table or another;
you still have to sort, e.g., using French's handling of accent
characters or using the Default.
