ERROR 1104 and Syntax.txt

MySQLCC List,

I continue to see this error after installing 0.9.2 even when there is only
1 record in the db. This has made MyCC UNUSEABLE even on the local network.

ERROR 1104: The SELECT would examine too many records and probably take a
very long time. Check your WHERE and use SET OPTION SQL_BIG_SELECTS=1 if the
SELECT is ok

Has anyone yet found the solution to this problem or are working on it?

Also, what does this message refer to?

"Could not load Syntax File: 'D:/MySQLTools/MyCC/syntax.txt'"
