Stray apostrophe on title bar of Query window

Open up a new query window on a database (not a table) and look at the
title. It'll say something like "Query in Database: mysql'
[adamh@stripped:3306]". There should be an apostrophe at the
beginning of "mysql". :)

Also, querying a "server" (not a database or a table) just sticks in a
single apostrophe.
