Hi!

Field moving is possible if you're using MySQL 4 or higher !  The way to
move fields is by hitting the CTRL key while you simultaneously drag the
field by the left header (using the mouse) and place it in the position you
want to.

This feature is not available for mysql servers <= 3.23
