Feature request: Default to "open as -> text"

When viewing large text fields in the results pain, it's nice to be able
to open up a cell in a seperate window -- however, I think that
double-clicking on the text should open up the editor instead of having
to click on the "..." and choosing "open as -> text".

Also, it'd be more intuitive if the right-click menu had the same
options as the "..." button does.
