Isn't it kinda hard to manage all your bug reports via a mailing list?  Have you
considered setting up something like Bugzilla (http://bugzilla.org)?  It could actually
handle all of MySQL and setting up a basic install for at a url such as
http://bugzilla.mysql.com wouldn't be terribly difficult.
