(possible) problem configuring mysql workbench

Hi, I'm compiling mysql workbench 5.2.4, all went fine at the ./configure stage,
but compiling I've found a few gcc errors ... but the problem was that I was
missing the pyton-devel (on my suse 11.1). Now that I've installed the correct
rpm everything seems to compile fine.

Shouldn't the autoconf script find out that I am missing python-dev?
