Two problems with latest bk pull

First: Segfault running 'Edit Table'. To reproduce:
Load MyCC, open favorite server, double-click on a database, click on 'Tables',
right-click on a table in the grid to the right and click on 'Edit Table'.

Second: Results window takes ages to bring up... To reproduce:
Load MyCC, open favorite server, right-click on a database, click on "Connect", click on
the "SQL" button on the toolbar. The window takes around 10 seconds at 100% CPU (Athlon
1600+) to load. All other MyCC windows pop up instantly. Running queries from that window
that takes so long to pop up also works fine - it's just when the window gets created that
the slowdown occurs.

QT 3.0.4 (compiled with gcc 3.1 last night)
