Feature request: table type conversion

Nowhere near as important as 'Create table', but it'd be nice to have
'Convert to InnoDB' as one of the things that pops up when you
right-click on a MyISAM table. I think a lot of people wouldn't be
confident about running the SQL statement themselves.
