Please review patch for bug#42341 and bug#38130

Hi all!

This is the patch as discussed on Friday, it is small and easy :)

I did not manage to find a way to reproduce this using the ordinary  
test system, only using the RQG. Therefore I have not provided any new  
tests with this patch. The patch is described in the commit comment.
