Review of test for bug#36186

Hi all!

I can no longer reproduce bug#36186 (http://bugs.mysql.com/bug.php?id=36186 
), and would like to close it as 'not reproducible'. However, I would  
like to add a test case for it. Could some of you please review the  
test presented in this commit?
