Hello benchmark fans,

this week nehalem-1 worked it's way through w10, w20, and halfway w100
the machine started not answering anymore. After the holidays it will
probably need a reboot.

News for this week:
- Using noop I/O-scheduler showed 5% - 100% performance increase,
depending on machine and number of warehouses and concurrency level.
- RAID10 on nehalem-1 gaves us around 40% performance gain, but the
machine hangs now, so I don't have the final results.
- caneland showed a crash with Falcon running a high concurrency w100
run.

Todo:
  - Remove results from crashed runs in mean value calculation.
  - Add more information from INFORMATION_SCHEMA tables like Falcon's
  system memory usage or summary of active/pending_commit/pending_completion.
  Also talk to Ann to get more insight to Falcon metrics.
  - On walldorf put falcon_serial_log_dir to SATA disk to see
  whether the battery backed up RAID controller is the source of
  huge performance gain we saw lately.
  - Get a Solaris SPARC and Intel/AMD machine for DBT2.

Setup: datadir is on RAID10 and logdir is on separate disk (for InnoDB).
