I really like eventum - it has been working really well for us. Much
more usable and friendly than Bugzilla IMHO.
The main feature that is lacking for me is the ability to update many
issues at the same time. Once people sumbit a batch of bugs I want to
prioritize and assign revisions to them.
It would be great to have a screen that works just like the current
list items screen excep that each field is displayed as an editable
field. So priority, assigned, category, release, status, etc. would
all show up as popup menus (html <option> tags) with the appropriate
values for the project. The summary line could be an editable text
field.
It would be nice if the search and saved searches still worked in this
edit list mode too.
And, just to be picky about it, the page should not have to refresh
after each menu item is set, just once at the end of changing values
on all items.
This may be a tall order, but it would be very powerful for managers
and item handlers (developers, customer support, client services, etc)

Second bug/feature - search/sort by revision on the main list items
page would be great! Right now I have to set up a saved query for each
revision to list those bugs only.
