issue created date missing from csv download

Hi
 
I have upgraded to the latest version of eventum 2.3.3,  in order to access the issue
created date in the issue listing. 
The field appears OK in the issue listings field, however this field is not exported in
the csv extract option.
 
If anyone can give me some pointers on what needs to be changed to get this into the csv
export as well I’d appreciate it.
