Japanese Lanuage

Hi all,

I got the Japanese language going for the titles in my eventum instance, 
but the contents of the fields are still showing up as ????. Did I miss 
a step? How can i get fields such as summary and description (and the 
notes and emails) to show up as japanese characters?
