Subject:Deleting the Default Project

Hi list,

I've just finished a test installation of Eventum 2.3.1.  One problem
I've run into is that deleting the default project removes my access
to the general site administration section.  From a bit of searching,
this was a known bug in earlier versions.  Is the bug still unfixed?
