Hi,
I have installed Eventum2.2 on Ubuntu 10.04 recently and working fine without any issues.
But I cant get the round robin ticket assignment working. Auto ticket creation in enabled
and working without any issues but round robin assignment is not working. (PS : Am trying
to use only one round robin per project). Can you please let me know how can I configure
this.
