Standard text on all emails

Is it possible to have a standard text on all emails through eventum?

What I'm looking for is to have a one liner reminding the numpties not to
change the subject or to address and to reply to eventum emails if they have
something to add to an issue, not create a fresh email and therefore a fresh
email every time.
