Subject:Eventum SVN integration

I'm running Eventum 1.7.1 and trying to integrate with my Subversion repos.
 I am using WebSVN (working fine) to try to serve diffs to each Eventum
issue and I believe I have the correct post-commit hook script.  I do not
receive any errors when committing changes, I reference the issue number in
the commit message and I have SCM integration enabled in Eventum.

I can't seem to get this to work.  Any advice or doc that discribes SVN
integration for 1.7.1?
