Subject:Corrupt attachments - Help !

Hi,

 

I've been having a few problems recently and I've replaced my support
email body files from a few days ago....but now it appears all of my XLS
and DOC files attached to tickets appear corrupt when I try and open
them.

 

Anybody got any ideas on how I should address this issue (please)
