I have never used the "Customer" role but let me share with you what I have observed:
I believe creating a User ID as a Customer is different from other roles as there could be
corresponding entries in the tables like <Eventum-prefix>customer_account_manager
and <Eventum-prefix>customer_note. So, to change a User's roles from Customer, you
might have to "delete" corresponding references from the above tables as well - in other
words, it might not be that simple as changing the role id in the
<Eventum-prefix>project_user
The simpler solution, imho, would be to create a new corresponding User ID for each of the
Customers and then manually change the 'iss_usr_id' in the <Eventum-prefix>issue
table to the newly created User IDs, for all issues raised by the erstwhile Customers.
There could be some gotchas here too but probably somebody else from the community could
help validating this theory

Hi,
I have a project named x and I created class file to do customer integration. Class file
include 10 user, and I executed customer/example/create_customers.php. Then users are
created with this way, roles set as customer (pru_role = 3). And now, we decided to not
use customer integration. We wants to change users role to standart user from customer
role. But it seems we cannot change in administration panel with manage users.
If I change customer role in eventum_project_user table, for instance one of customer's
role set to 4 in pru_role (standart user), occur a problem?
