Just for info,
I also had a lot of errors in table 'mail_queue_log' with:
"unable to set sender to [@localhost]/"
After checking the content of the field 'mail_queue.maq_headers' I found
that there was nothing after the "From:" line. I fixed it to:
From: "Eventum" <eventum@stripped>
...and the mail was correctly sent at the next "process_mail_queue".
I think it was because my SMTP config wasn't set correctly in Eventum or
wasn't set at all...

Adam,
Please check the notification list for issue #131 for invalid or empty
emails. An empty email shouldn't have been able to be added to the list,
but that would cause this problem so it is the first thing I would like
you to check.
