Hi all,
Further to the problem I reported last week I have found the following:
Whilst the support_email table is getting an entry written, the
support_email_body table isn't getting an entry.
I looked in the error.log file and found that it was filling with horrid
errors....
If anybody has had similar problems and would be able to air their
opinions on the likely cause I would be eternally grateful.
Kind regards,
Steve North

Yes, in outlook and when it arrived at hotmail it viewed fine and the
PDF attachment was fine, everything is fine. The only time you'd know
there was a problem with it is when its in 'associate emails' within
eventum where it is blank. It was bought to my attention by a user who
tried to create an issue with it and on the create issue screen the
subject and body were blank. I then tried to open the email in
associate emails and it was blank there also. And when she created an
issue with it, although it shows as being associated in the associate
emails screen, when you view the issue there is no associated email at
the bottom! (thanks for your reply).

Without forwarding it, can you look at the message in your support email
account using an ordinary email client (like Thunderbird)? If so, does
it display anything?
