The "Update Issue" feature, where one can change the issues _original_ Desc=
ription is one of the strangest things in Eventum (or any bug tracker). :)=

The only way one can "update" the Issue or it's description is by adding th=
e Internal note to the Issue.=20

Question: Can screen /update.php?id=3D... can be rewritten so it displays t=
he original Descriptions content (can not be edited) and below this you hav=
e the text area for the update aka Internal Note?

Original description and Internal note are important parts of the issue. On=
ce entered, those can never be removed nor edited. I belive that this is ex=
tremely important. To be honest, I do not like the idea of Delete Internal =
Note too. :)=20

How else can you be sure you have the complete picture of what is happening=
?  Especially if you are the one who starts to work on a Issue at the later=
 time.

Lets say we have a Issue 123
Issue original Description: 1+2=3D4 blaa blaa blaa
Internal note: there is a error in blaa.
Internal note: blaa blaa 1+2=3D3,5 now? blaa blaa blaa=20
Internal note: I updated blah, now 1+2=3D3 - please Test and close.=20
=20
and now someone changes the Description to: 'red is blue'

What if this is your first time you see the issue and its notes and it is  =
AFTER the "Description: 1+2=3D4?" was changed to "red is blue"?

Are you just going to add another useless internal note and ask: WTF are yo=
u people talking about? :)=20

And what are you going to do with all those now useless internal notes?=20

In short: Update issue (ticket) =3D add Internal note and change all the ot=
her parameters (like status, assigned to etc) if necessary.
