I am a relative newcomer to Eventum - (have been live for a few weeks
now).
Can anybody shed some light on a problem I'm having...
Generally emails that come into my support inbox will without problem go
into Eventum. Every now and then an email will come into the inbox that
will not get swept into Eventum.
What I need to know is what are the rules as to whether an email will go
to Eventum - I thought that maybe there was a problem with the email
header and if (in outlook) I viewed the message ID value, that maybe if
there was already a record in the eventum_support_email table in the
field sup_message_id with the same message ID, then the message won't
download.
For the current instance of this problem (message ID and in reply to id
below), there is a record with a value the same as the reply to value
below, but no record with the message ID value in this field - so I
can't understand why the email won't go down?
If anyone could clarify how the download process works it would be
greatly appreciated.
