For some reason I am not getting this error. For now lets reverse what I did and actually 
raise the error level all the way to see if their is something hidden that is causing 
problems.

ini_set('display_errors', 1);
error_reporting(E_ALL);

You might also try changing hide_closed in the URL to be 1.

Let me know what the result is and we will go from their.
