We use the Recipient Type flags, which at least makes it less likely you
will use these addresses by accident.
"From: Joe User [via Company Support] <support@company"
Note "From Joe User [Company Internal]"

Using BCC means that the replies must go via eventum rather than to all
the people on the notification list (via Reply-all function)
We have patched our eventum so that every email passing through gets
extra info added:

Staff: user1@ourcompany user2@ourcompany
Customers: someone@customercompany another@customercompany
========================================================
This is to emphasise that replies will go to a customer.
(Or that they won't in the case of a Note)
