I have searched the list archive and the wiki but I am unable to find out what the Round Robin functionality does. I was sorta hoping that the Round Robin would connect to the "default person for incoming email" setting, but I think I remember reading something that the only thing that this functionality does is to allow/disallow users being able to be assigned issues?
