No, it doesn't have an Eclipse Plugin (not sure what the features would
be). There is an unsupported Subversion integration script (see
http://eventum.mysql.org/wiki/) and you can configure Statuses and tweak
the workflow with the Workflow API by writing custom PHP code to be
executed on certain conditions.
