Hi,
we are using the simple email integration setup for Eventum (1.5.4) (not
the routing interfaces).
When a staff member replies to an email generated when an Internal Note
is created, that reply is not automatically converted into another note
for the same issue (It sits in the Associate Emails list)
Then when it is associated as a note, its title gets replaced by
"Message manually converted to an internal note"
(this happens even if the staff member is an authorized replier)
This is in contrast to replies to Email, which get attached to the
correct issue automatically.
Obviously I think that this should also happen for Notes.
Is it a bug or a feature ;-)
On thing I notice is that Note emails do not contain a Message-Id: header
