SOAP Services Documentation?

Hi!
 
I have seen in the Eventum features list:
 
"Configure certain projects to allow remote posting of new issues through the provided web
services (SOAP and XML-RPC)"
 
However, I have so far been unable to find any more detailed description or documentation
about the SOAP service(s) provided by Eventum.  Does such documentation exist anywhere? 
I cannot find anything about this in the Eventum Wiki.
