Hi List, Turns out that there was no Message-ID header on the 'invisible' emails. Once there was one message in the system without a message id then Support::exists returned true for each subsequent message missing an id. (IE, the system thought that it had seen the message before.) I've now configured my MTA to add a message id if it's missing and she's apples.
