Hi,
I've managed to get the latest eventum up and running with automatic issue
creation via a support@ address. I have also set up the issue_x routing,
however for some reason eventum wont collect mails from a known user.
Here is my scenario:
1. An unknown email address emails my support address, and an issue is
automatically created. I get emailed about it from issue_x@ and so does the
unknown-user.
2. I add myself as an authorised replier
3. I then reply to the mail from issue_x .. and nothing happens. The cron
script definitely checks the pop3 mailbox, but for some reason does not
delete the message.
If I add the unknown-user as an authorised replier (just as an email, not a
user), then emails from that address to issue_x get imported into the issue
perfectly, and deleted from the pop3 mailbox.
Any ideas ?
